Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change and product availability may vary. An online submission does not guarantee availability until the order is confirmed.

Orders and payment

We may review, accept or decline an order where pricing, inventory or order information is incorrect. Secure online payments are processed by Stripe when checkout credentials are configured.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery arrangements are confirmed after checkout. Delivery pricing and timing depend on the destination, product length, quantity and site access. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate receiving details.

Returns and cancellations

Contact us before returning material or cancelling an order. Eligibility depends on product condition, order status and whether the material was specially ordered or prepared. Approved returns may be subject to restocking or transport costs disclosed before processing.
